Hi there, are you looking for Advice? Support? Assistance? Help? Outside yourself?

Look no further, it is right here!

I too have been looking, searching for answers outside myself, looking towards others and I am a health practitioner, an “expert” myself. What I learned over the years is, that each healing journey is as unique as our finger print. Not one is the same, even if the outer picture, the symptom, the diagnosis might be. What I invite you to do is, to listen and to feel right here. Yes, that’s right, stop what you are doing and breathe right into your body. Feel where your breath can easily go and where not, explore the area where your breath can’t go. How does it feel? Is there a shape, maybe a colour? Is it dense, does it have a texture, a temperature? See there are so many things to explore and find out, you know already so much. You might even find feelings there or thoughts. Yes, that’s right, we are holding feelings, thoughts and beliefs in our body cells. What if these feelings, thoughts or beliefs are unhealthy ones? What if they are constantly on our case? You are not good enough – you are not this or that, the list can be endless. All these feelings, thoughts and beliefs have an impact on our health, whether that is our physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health. So when you go and see a practitioner they rely on your expertise, your knowledge, wisdom and awareness about yourself.

My invitation to you again is to stop, breathe and trust yourself. Then go and find someone, who is willing to listen and go on that journey of exploration with you. Being partnered in this way you learn, grow and feel empowered, really becoming the true expert of yourself and your symptoms might shift or leave as well.
